About Timecard Capital

We underwrite staffing agencies the way staffing agencies actually work.

Timecard Capital is a direct funding source for staffing and recruiting agencies, based in Miami, Florida. We underwrite invoice factoring, working capital and lines of credit in-house, off your receivables and your bank statements, with 2-page contracts and no split funding.

What we are

Timecard Capital is a direct funding source for staffing agencies: light industrial, healthcare, IT, clerical, event, construction, drivers, security, janitorial, education and search firms with a contract division. We underwrite invoice factoring facilities, working capital advances and lines of credit in-house, and we fund them from our own capital. SBA 7(a), SBA Express and term loans above $500,000 are packaged by us and placed with our bank and SBA-preferred lending partners, because that is who funds those products.

Timecard Capital is headquartered at 9719 S Dixie Hwy #8, Miami, FL 33156.

What we believe about this industry

Staffing agencies get underwritten badly. The standard model looks at a six-month-old agency with a thin balance sheet and sees risk, when what is actually sitting on its books is a hospital system’s signed timesheets. It looks at a payroll that doubled in a quarter and reads instability, when the agency just won a contract. And it treats net-60 receivables as a weakness, when they are the product.

So we read agencies differently. On factoring, the file is your clients’ credit, not your FICO. On working capital, we read average daily balance over top line, your floor instead of your average, and the lumpy deposit rhythm of a business paid on net terms as normal rather than alarming. Growth raises a factoring limit instead of tripping it.

How we work

In-house first

Every file goes to our own underwriting desk before it goes anywhere else. You get a real answer from the people who make the decision.

Numbers before signatures

Advance rate, fee, reserve, amount, payback and payment, on screen, before you commit to anything. The contract is two pages.

Call us before you stack

If a payment stops working, we would rather re-term a live file than watch an owner take a third and fourth position. That conversation costs you nothing.

No automated outreach

We don’t run drip campaigns. If you hear from us, it’s a person who has read your file.

The straight version of what this costs

Fast money is expensive money. A 12-month working capital advance is the most expensive product we offer, and it exists because a payroll due Friday doesn’t wait 45 days for an SBA approval. For the payroll gap itself, factoring is usually the cheaper tool, because the fee only runs for the days an invoice is outstanding. If you have 680 credit, two years of returns and a month of runway, SBA will cost a fraction of either, and we will tell you that on the phone. We would rather place you correctly once than fund you wrong twice.

Timecard Capital is a new brand and does not claim otherwise. We do not publish testimonials we did not receive, funded-volume figures we cannot support, or awards we did not win. Every number on this site is a real criterion or a representative example, labeled as such. See compliance and disclosures.
